GEOTHERMAL SYSTEMS
WHY GEOTHERMAL
Energy we can all agree on
With energy costs rising, geothermal heating and cooling just makes sense — for your wallet, your comfort, and the planet.
HOW IT WORKS
The earth does the heavy lifting
A few feet underground, the temperature stays remarkably steady all year. A geothermal system taps that free energy with a sealed loop of pipe buried in your yard and filled with circulating water. In the winter, the water absorbs the earth’s stable warmth and carries it inside your home. In the summer, the same loop pulls heat out of your home and returns it to the ground, helping keep your home comfortable year round.
- No outdoor compressor or noisy fan
- One system replaces both furnace and A/C
- Eligible for federal tax credits
INSTALLATION OPTIONS
Two ways to loop your land
Every property is different. We’ll recommend the right approach based on your lot size, soil, and budget.
Horizontal Ground Loops
Best for properties with ample yard space. Trenches are dug 4–6 feet deep, making this the most cost-effective install.
Vertical Ground Loops
Ideal where land is limited. Boreholes are drilled deep into the earth, taking up minimal surface area.
